We launched Scalrr in 2022 as two founders with a passion for connecting amazing, early-stage companies with exceptional talent. Fast-forward 18 months and we realized it goes far beyond this. Without the right team, a visionary’s innovations, no matter how important, may never see the light of day. Today, we’re launching a new visual identity for our brand celebrating the unique attributes of founders and inventors and the talent who will help bring their visions to life.

Scalrr's distinction lies in leveraging real, lived experiences to connect founders and visionaries with transformative talent. Our backgrounds allow us to engage hard-to-get candidates, get people excited about yet-to-be-discovered companies and products, and support new founders and leaders. We do all of this by providing a level of flexibility that the more established firms are unable to offer.
To achieve this, we built a team of leadership search partners with expertise in Technology, Product, and People, the cornerstones of successful startups and fast-growth companies.
Technology:
Understanding that founders and visionaries are often pushing the limits of what’s possible. The capabilities of their engineers and scientists will lay the foundation that sets them apart. The talent with these skills are often highly sought-after, and finding those who share your vision can be the difference between making a technological breakthrough or not.
Product:
Product is where the magic happens. We build teams who know how to build products customers love. But it goes beyond this. Did they work on a 0-1 product in a specific domain? Were they involved in a successful launch or exit? Did they do this in a stage-relevant role? We want product people who create instant desire for your product with your customers.
People:
People are a company's most important asset. As a company scales, attracting and retaining the right talent is hard. This is why we added HR and Talent recruiting to our services. Because companies tend to build out their People teams at a later stage, we work with early-stage through enterprise companies, helping them place the HR and talent leadership who enable high-performance cultures.
Scalrr offers two distinct service models geared towards early-stage and growth companies: Retained Leadership Search and Team Builds.
Retained Leadership search
Traditional retainers are paid regardless of whether or not a role was successfully filled. Our retainer is built on success milestones.
Team Builds
With our team build model we offer a monthly subscription and modest per-hire success fee which gives companies the flexibility to partner with us to fill multiple roles on an ongoing basis.

We celebrate founders and visionaries not only by supporting today's startups but also by recognizing the next generation of inventors. We allocated 3% of our profits to support emerging inventors. We donated 3% of our 2023 profits to Lemelson-MIT. Their work focuses on the expansion of opportunities for young people to learn ways inventors find and solve problems that matter.
