This is no different at Scalrr where he leverages his experience to provide a more complete, hands-on approach to helping founders and leaders prepare their organizations to scale.
In addition to being a multi-time entrepreneur, he enjoys working with early stage founders who are taking a similar leap and may be hiring an executive for the first time. He co-founded Scalrr to help founders with their pain points. Our goal is to use any opportunity working with a client to put the right tools, processes, and approach in place that will lead to a great hire, but can also be replicated going forward with any additional hires. Recruiting is all about understanding the clients needs and wants, and identifying key players that contribute to organizational success by meeting and exceeding expectations each and every time.
