Starting out in executive search in the early days of the tech boom taught him how to identify the right skillset, culture and experience needed for people to thrive in a startup environment.
Having spent many of those years in top recruiting leadership roles has developed his ability to align culture and experience with a strong approach to hiring. His experience as a leader within organizations combined with success as an executive recruiter supporting startups has given him a unique understanding of what an effective partnership truly looks like. Perhaps most importantly over the course of his career he has gained a deep understanding of what's important to people he works with; set clear expectations and always deliver into those at a high level with quality execution and transparency.
