Colby is an Executive Recruiter who partners with early and growth-stage startups to build high-performing product and technology teams. He works closely with founders and venture-backed companies from Seed through Series B to hire critical talent across AI/ML, software engineering, infrastructure, product, and go-to-market organizations. His focus is on helping emerging companies identify and attract top technical talent in areas such as applied AI, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, developer tools, and enterprise software.

Prior to joining Scalrr, Colby spent nearly a decade recruiting for venture-backed startups and scaling companies across Boston, New York, and San Francisco. He has led end-to-end searches for engineering, AI/ML, product, and scientific teams while partnering directly with founders, executives, and investors from firms including Sequoia, Google Ventures, Lux Capital, A16z, and General Catalyst. Along the way, he has helped startups build recruiting infrastructure, refine hiring strategies, and scale teams through critical stages of growth.
