Steve Bonomo has spent the majority of the past 3 decades recruiting and hiring top talent for global organizations. Starting out in executive search in the early days of the tech boom taught him how to identify the right skillset, culture and experience needed for people to thrive in a startup environment.

Having spent many of those years in top recruiting leadership roles has developed his ability to align culture and experience with a strong approach to hiring. Success as a recruiting leader in global organizations, combined with success as an executive recruiter supporting startups, has given him a unique understanding of what an effective partnership truly looks like.

    This approach includes a modest monthly retainer, which helps reduce the overall placement fee. It works especially well for companies hiring for three or more roles at once.
