Michael Bajda is a talent acquisition leader with more than 20 years of experience building and leading recruiting teams within global institutions. Most recently as Head of Talent Acquisition at StepStone, he built the firm’s global staffing strategy 0-1, supporting growth across their global footprint.

Michael is passionate about building high-performing teams and connecting exceptional talent with organizations where they can create meaningful impact. Having led recruiting initiatives across some of the world’s most renown institutions, he brings deep experience operating in complex, global environments and partnering with senior leaders to align talent strategy with business outcomes.
