Steve is a Founder and Executive Recruiter who partners with early and growth-stage startups to build product and technology teams. He works closely with founders and investors from Seed through Series B to hire leadership and early hires across AI/ML, engineering, product, and design. He focuses on difficult-to-find tech talent, in areas such as applied AI, ML research, AI platforms, cloud infrastructure, and deep tech including semiconductor and security startups.

Prior to founding Scalrr, Steve spent more than a decade scaling recruiting organizations at companies like Twitter and adidas, where he helped build global talent functions and supported thousands of hires across technical and product teams. He brings that operational experience directly to founders navigating their first critical leadership hires.
